From practicing law on both Wall Street and Bay Street to building and advising numerous startups, Mat brings a unique perspective to solving complex business problems. Mat holds a JD from the University of Toronto as well as FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
Mike has over 35 years of accounting experience and over a decade of experience building FinTech companies in highly regulated industries. Over the years Mike has developed strong acumen for legal, compliance and risk management as well as strategy and capital raising in complex regulated industries.
With a diverse background in Computer Engineering, Business founding, and Business Strategy, Geronimo brings the technical leadership and level headed thinking necessary to propel DealMaker to the next level.
Beginning his career in management consulting, Jon soon found his passions took him down the path of entrepreneurship to launch his own connected device company. In 2017, he co-founded Ridge Growth Agency, which quickly became the leading digital marketing agency for equity crowdfunding - helping their clients raise a collective $500M+. As CMO, Jon continues to help clients execute marketing campaigns for large equity crowdfunding rounds.
With nearly two decades in the transfer agent industry, Daniel is highly skilled in Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Start-ups, and Corporate Finance.
Tom Muir, FCPA FCBV, has a wealth of experience in investment banking (he was a senior executive at RBC Dominion Securities), as a CFO of a significant public company, and serving on the Board of Directors of numerous TSX and Nasdaq companies. He was the Lead Director of Solium Capital (TSX), a highly successful SaaS company.

Thomas Kalafatis is principal of KalNes Capital Partners and founder of PSG Digital, holder of various Digital asset interests. Thomas was formerly Vice President and Head of Trading for Toronto Stock Exchange, Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Execution and Prime Services of CIBC and Managing partner of Independent Trading Group.
Marc is the founder of MSJ IT Services and provides consulting and strategic advice on system security and scalability for growth companies scaling cloud-based technology solutions. Marc previously ran integration and systems testing at SOMA networks and built QA, DevOps, and security teams at Fluxx Labs.
Lara Zink has 25 years of experience in Global Public Equities, most recently at RBC Capital Markets as Managing Director. Lara is an investor and advisor to several early-stage companies.
